Grace & Mitch

The highest compliment when you work in the wedding service industry is to have a referral from a client. After working with Amanda & Charlie, Amanda's sister Grace knew she needed a wedding coordinator for her wedding a few months later. So, in October I got to share in Grace & Mitch's stunning wedding! They couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. After their Wedding Mass at the Basilica in Minneapolis, they hosted their reception at Minneapolis Event Center - The View.

A few of my favorite things...

Her bridal bouquet - Grace's bouquet was a true show stopper. These vibrant colors against her white dress created a stunning accent. It was big and bold and wonderful. Personally, these are some of my favorite colors combinations, so naturally I was immediately a fan.

The Polaroid Guestbook Sign - I love a polaroid guestbook because its so fun to have pictures of everyone who was with you on your wedding day! It can be a big hit at the reception since it provides a fun activity for people. However, I have seen guests struggle if they aren't familiar with the polaroid cameras, so having a step by step sign is a game changer! I loved how clearly this walked through each step to get your perfect picture.

Harvest Table - When you have a larger wedding party (and especially if you'd like to add plus ones to the table!), a harvest table is a great options for seating at the reception. The beauty here is that you are able to be surrounded by your bridal party and it gives the opportunity for fun conversations throughout dinner. The special chairs for the bride & groom add the special touch!

Cut outs on the dance floor - Everyone truly danced the night away!! I absolutely loved that the their dog, Chesney, made a special appearance on the dance floor via a cardboard cutout! It added that fun flare and was a huge hit with the crowd.
